Myself and my children worked with Darren Bruno, and I cannot say enough about his professionalism/expertise and our purchase experience. There was no haggling, no force, just a pleasant experience upon the purchase. Darren listened to/what I wanted in a car, and his knowledge and skill educated us on the Volkswagen concept and design. A couple of days before we went to view and test drive the car and he spent a good amount of time explaining the structure of the Jetta and all it's amenities. We went back today to pick up the car, and he took us through the car all over again. I appreciate all that he did, and I am sure you know how valuable Darren is to the Donaldson family and also, more importantly, he treated my children/myself with kindness and respect. Leaving today, I knew that I could contact him with any questions about the Jetta, and I know that in the future, that this facility will service the car. Upon leaving today, my daughter took the car for a ride, and have not see her since. So yes, she is having fun, while driving this car. I went to a few different dealerships, as well as other Volkswagen dealerships on Long Island and the sales people I had to deal with were fake and phony, and very pressuring. Mr. Cassero made me feel at ease, he is not aggressive, he answered all my questions, and most of all he made buying the car fun. The finance department (Rob and Mary) were great as well, they got me a grate rate, and when there were issues with my insurance company sending over information, the two of them kept me informed and I got my car on the day I was promised, which really made me happy.
