An Amazing Repeat Experience! Once Again! 5 months ago I purchased a Forester for my daughter! The entire sales process was seamless and flawless and the Forester is a great vehicle with a saf 5 months ago I purchased a Forester for my daughter! The entire sales process was seamless and flawless and the Forester is a great vehicle with a safety rating that let's me breath easy as she travels back and forth to Boston! Well my mother in law decided she wanted to buy a Forester and a call to the Sales Manager once again put the wheels in motion! Four weeks ago my family converged on Richard who is the Sales Manager and with his level of charm introduced himself asked the entire group just what they were looking for and then asked his sales consultant to come over and take them for a test drive. Norris was the salesman very nice as my mother in law and brother in law attested and set up a vehicle to drive. As my mother in law states we liked the car and ordered a vehicle with the options she wanted, color etc and Norris then went to Richard for the price! Now my mother in law has the first dollar she ever made and at 81 she still has it! She negotiated the deal with Richard for an hour of haggling, that frankly from my family members wished they could have melted away from embarrassment. Well 5 weeks passed the car arrived on a Thursday and Saturday was delivery day. With 5 in two they once again all arrived the car was beautiful and three dealer options would be installed at a later date due to non availability! Well in true fashion my mother in law was annoyed got Richard and and gave him a piece of my mind! It's like buying half a dress she said. Richard just smiles at her and said " Hilda I understand how you feel and in 3 days the parts will be here, so this is what we can do. You come here at noon, I will take you to lunch and in one hour everything will be done! Enough said! And in three days that's what happened, she came in on Wednesday he took her to lunch and the car was ready in one hour! What can I say, she loves the car everyone is thrilled and she still talks about her lunch date! Thank you, Richard and Norris for going beyond way beyond what customer service is all about! Worst car buying experience ""EVER""!! This is the first time I am writing a review about anything and I am doing this because I don't want anyone to waste their time and ruin their day by This is the first time I am writing a review about anything and I am doing this because I don't want anyone to waste their time and ruin their day by visiting this place! It was worst car buying experience I EVER had. The dealer was not only unprofessional but also very rude. I walked into this dealership on Sunday with the quote I had from Bay ridge Subaru and asked to the sales consultant if he could match the price. I liked the quote I already had from Bay ridge, but I visited East Hills because East Hill said they had the 2015 outback with option I was looking to buy in stock. To start, the sales consultant seemed not to know what he was doing, and could not answer to simple questions I asked with assertion. First, I asked him if could double check if the 2015 outback I was willing to buy was indeed not sold to other customer just to make sure. The sales consultant left me to check with the store manager and came back after a long wait with an answer “… It’s coming this month… and I don’t see any name next to the car,.. so I would assume it’s not sold,.. but I’m not sure..” What kind of answer is this? My simple second question was if they could match the quote I received from Bay Ridge Subaru. I had legitimate quote in paper from Bay Ridge. The sales person made me wait long time again to check with the store manager. He came back and asked me if I knew how much MSRP of the vehicle was repeatedly. At this point I felt very annoyed of the fact that how much time was being spent on getting just 2 simple answers. However, I said I knew it, and asked nicely if they can just tell me if they match the quote because I didn’t to argue and didn’t want to waste no one’s time. After a few more trips to the store manager, the manager finally came out of his office and said (just like it came out of his mouth) "This isn't a K-Mart, we don't match or beat other dealer's prices" and walked away. I think his name was Richard from the name tag. I didn’t get his name because he never introduced himself. That was outrageous!!! I wasn’t asking them for a favor nor for a better price. I was never treated like this from any other Subaru dealerships I visited. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone I know ever. How can you expect the Staff to treat customers with respect when the Manger acts this way? PS – I drove to Star Subaru right after and I signed the contract to buy the 2015 outback. I have to wait 8~10 weeks, but I don’t regret it. It was a totally different experience. They were confident and professional. Moreover, they were able to beat the price of the quote we had. And they are not K-Mart! More

Everyone works together to make the customer feel important and welcome. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a giant hello and smile. Even after the deal was sealed I was still being treated well. I was never rushed nor did I ever feel uncomfortable. David, kudos to you for employeeing such a wonderful staff ! More

Good Experience I had been to dealers in Queens and their service was terrible. However, when I walked into the East Hills Subaru showroom I was pleasantly surprised I had been to dealers in Queens and their service was terrible. However, when I walked into the East Hills Subaru showroom I was pleasantly surprised. I was welcomed. My salesperson, Anthony Applewhaite was very nice. I came back a few times until I actually put the order in. He was very pleasant, took me for test drives in the two cars I was interested in, explained everything. The day I had made my purchase, the process was very easy going. Dennis Baquiran, the Sales Manager, was very pleasant and helpful. I picked up my 2014 Impreza a week ago and I love it. Anthony explained everything in the car when I picked it up even though I asked many questions. I give this dealership a very good rating and have already sent one friend who purchased a car and I have recommended the dealership to three other serious purchasers. I live in Queens and have no problem going to East Hills in Roslyn because I can see I will be treated the way a customer should be treated. Also, Arnie Price was very helpful in the process of my financing the car and choosing additional services. Thank you all. More

Stuart Warner and Arnie Price were great and wonderful to deal with. When Stu called me in response to my email inquiry, I could sense an enthusiasm and helpfulness about him that made me very comfortable. I looked forward to meeting him and the buying process was great. Then Arnie took over and was able to help me make some money saving changes that I would not have come up with had it not been for him. These are people that are professionals, honest and pleasant. Those qualities are not easy to find. More

I was quite impressed with the fantastic team of Michael Polans and Richard Ciramo. Michael was friendly, helpful and eager to help! All of my questions about the vehicle were answered during a fun, informative test drive. The negotiations were a breeze and we drove away with our vehicle in record time! I was impressed with Michael's knowledge, honesty and dedication. On top of that, we spoke with Richard and some of the other staff.. All of them were excellent and eager to assist. This is the BEST experience I have had at a dealership, and I have leased several vehicles from various dealers. I live over 30 miles away, but chose East Hills for their great prices and excellent communication! I highly recommend East Hills Subaru. More

Chris was friendly, low key, and knowledgeable and made my decision very easy. Dennis was very helpful and quite friendly on our phone conversations as well. Arnie went above and beyond with finding the BEST financing for us. He even gave me his cell and he contacted me on his day off to update me on options. The East Hills team made us immediately feel like we were their most important customers and gave us top service. Chris even called me the weekend after I took the car home to see how everything was going with the Impreza. I am totally impressed. You have raised the bar for any other dealership in the area that is for sure. We will definitely be regular customers! More
