We were able to finance the car, complete the paperwork, have the car prepared within less than one day. The staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. My only concern, was I wanted to set up direct withdrawal from the bank as to prevent late payments. I was told to return the next day to speak to the Finance Manager, when I did return, I was not permitted to see him being told the bank would send me something in the mail. I was reluctant and unsatisfied with this answer considering I don't even know which bank is financing the loan. In any case, the overall dealership experience was highly pleasant. More

Highly recommend East Hills Subaru After doing some research and visiting several dealerships, we were told the model we wanted (the Forester Touring model) either could not be found or After doing some research and visiting several dealerships, we were told the model we wanted (the Forester Touring model) either could not be found or would take 6-8 weeks or longer, and that we should settle for a different model. They didn't know the Forester very well and when we asked questions, didn't seem to know the answers and weren't interested in getting us the answers. I had just about given up on the Subaru when my husband suggested East Hills. It's a little out of the way for us...but what a difference! We met with Mike Polans and he immediately made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions and offered so much more info about the car. He was very concerned about us getting the model we wanted with the options we wanted. He did say the model we were looking for was limited, but if he couldn't locate one, he would order one and that it could take 6-8 weeks. Three weeks later, the car is in my garage! Dealing with East Hills Subaru was a pleasure! Mike was terrific and Arnie Price made the closing quick and easy. I would highly recommend East Hills Subaru! More

Anthony was excellent. We told him what we were looking for and within a few minutes we had a car picked out. He answered every question we had and those he didn't have the answer to, he was able to direct us to his manager Franco O'Neil. Anthony even drove the vehicle from the dealership to our family mechanic to have it inspected. When we came to sign the paperwork, Arnie Price made our closing seamless and he was very personable and relatable.
