So fast forward to today, we came into East Hills Subaru looking to buy another Subaru again. We’re rating East Hills Subaru a five out of five stars because of their superior knowledge, customer service and overall honesty we felt from East Hills Subaru. We worked directly with Mr. Sean Kwong who was highly professional yet down to earth. We had so many questions and concerns that were not only addressed by Sean but kept them in mind when choosing the type of Subaru vehicle we should purchase. To say he had a lot of patience is an understatement. We also never once felt pressured into buying anything which in my opinion is rare at a car dealership. We were so impressed by East Hills Subaru, especially with Sean’s quality of work that we ended up purchasing two Subaru’s: a 2015 XV Crosstrek 2.0i Premium as well as a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium. For two people who are hesitant to make recommendations in the event we get backlash, we plan on recommending East Hills Subaru to all our family and friends! More

xxx! East Hills! we made an appointment a week after we bought the car to have a trailer hitch installed, part of the buying agreement. Also part of the agreement was we made an appointment a week after we bought the car to have a trailer hitch installed, part of the buying agreement. Also part of the agreement was to get the car detailed at the same time due to the fact we were driving it out of the showroom that day. When we brought the car in, we were told that the hitch is on order and were given a loaner car. Both the detail and hitch should be installed and ready to go by the next day. Only when we came back the next day, the hitch was installed and the detail was still not done. They had they car for a whole day sitting there,,, the detailing could have been done. Don't worry east hills, I detailed and sanitized it myself and will be going elsewhere to service it!!! More

From getting all the paperwork approved to the test drive upon test drive, Nichole answered every question we had. Once we came back to pick up the Forester, Nichole proceeded to go over all the options in the vehicle and how they work. Because of this great service we recieved I will no longer do any business with any other dealer due to everyone going above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect vehicle. More
