I came to East Hills in February based on a recommendation from a friend after I had a horrible experience at another Subaru dealership. I went straight to East Hills after visiting the first dealership and I was very wary of what to expect. Stuart met me at the door and immediately offered his assistance. He was so patient, attentive, and understanding with me, my sister, and all of the hoops I had to jump through in purchasing my first vehicle, getting insurance, etc. Arnie was also very instrumental in helping things flow - he worked out an excellent financial plan for me, called banks, explained every step, etc. Dennis helped seal the deal and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new WRX. And Chris even took me for a drive and was an excellent instructor as was still learning to drive manual. I walked in as a customer and walked out a friend - something a lot of places lack with customer service these days. In the passing weeks and months, Stuart checked in on me several times through e-mail and phone calls to make sure I was having the best experience with my car as possible. And he kept reminding me to fill out this survey that I only just found the link for today...but I will keep my word to Stuart (5 months later) and say that he was a phenomenal salesman and I would definitely return to see him and/or recommend him to family and friends. Honest and Kind My mother and I came in recently because we desperately needed a new car for a fresh start after the sudden death of my father. From the moment we pul My mother and I came in recently because we desperately needed a new car for a fresh start after the sudden death of my father. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot we were met with smiles and well taken care of. We came in knowing that we wanted a Forrester or an Outback. Mike Polans was exceptional from the beginning, explaining to us the difference in the two models- the pros and cons of both, showing us safety features and upgrades and answering all of our questions, from the trade in of our old car to financing advice. Although we were both really raw from our loss, we felt comfortable right away and never once did we feel taken advantage of. We test drove and signed for our new Forrester that Saturday and came to pick it up on Tuesday. Arnie Price was wonderful on the finance and warranty end, cracking jokes and reminding me a lot of my dad with his honesty and wit. Watching my mom sign the papers for the first time by herself and driving out with a huge smile on her face was one of the best experiences I have had in this grieving process and my family is forever grateful. We love our new Subaru and can't wait to go on new adventures with it! More

No pressure, good deal I came in for a test drive wanting no pressure as I was just testing out cars.... I didn't even think I wanted the Outback, but wanted to check it out I came in for a test drive wanting no pressure as I was just testing out cars.... The car was great, but even better, I didn't have that icky feeling of having to do battle with a sales guy to avoid being raked over the coals. When I did decide that I wanted the Outback, I gladly went back to Norris who was great, helping me get exactly what I wanted without trying to sell me on what I didn't want. I'd buy a car from him again anytime & I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a Subaru. Arnie did my financing and got me a good rate on my small loan.. much lower than what I came in with .
