From the moment I walked into the door to first test drive the car a couple of months ago to when I walked out today to drive my brand new XV Crosstrek home, I had a wonderful experience with everyone at East Hills Subaru. I was not approached by a number of sales people as soon as I walked into the door on any of my visits, which is always a plus, and when I had explained to Bob Goldman, my sales man on my first visit that I was just looking since I still had some time on my lease, there was never any pressure to put me in that car that day. With the care that I received on my first visit, I knew that when I was ready to buy a car, East Hills Subaru was the only place I would go. When I met with Bob and Arnie Price to go through all the paperwork, they made the car buying experience the easiest one I have ever gone through. I've sat at dealers for a whole day to buy a car before, the whole process at East Hills Subaru didn't take more than two hours at the most. Bob and Arnie are so incredibly nice, they never pressured me into adding features to the car that I didn't need and when it came time to look into my finance options, Arnie found the best possible deal for me. Car buying can feel so painful, but everyone at East Hills Subaru made it so pleasant. I only ever plan to do my car buying from East Hills Subaru from now on and I recommend them so highly. Thank you to Bob, Arnie and everyone at East Hills Subaru for the help, you are truly an amazing dealership! More

The company has a good loyalty programme and we will be returning for servicing and maintanence of the car and I get a sense that we will be well looked after. The day I picked up my Legacy, Norris picked me up at work, since I no longer owned a car and brought me to the dealership. He spent at least a half an hour(probably longer) explaining the car and how to use the fancy electronics. After owning and driving my car for over a week, I can say that it's exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with my overall experience. Thank you to Norris and a shout out to Anthony Applewhaite who was also able to answer many of my questions. I was treated very well by both of these salesman. More

Pleasant experience It was time for us to replace one of our cars and, after careful research, we decided to look at the Subaru Outback. Having never been Subaru owners It was time for us to replace one of our cars and, after careful research, we decided to look at the Subaru Outback. Having never been Subaru owners before, we were eager to take the Outback for a test drive. We began phoning a couple of local Subaru dealerships and learned, much to our dismay, that neither of them had an Outback available to test drive. We expanded our search and that's how we came upon East Hills Subaru. We spoke on the phone to Steve Radow and made an appointment for the following morning to come in and test drive an Outback. When we arrived at East Hills Subaru, Steve took the time to explain all the features of the car and answer all our questions. We were impressed; his answers matched what we had learned through our research. We were not expecting to purchase the car that day but, after we took the test drive, we sat down with Steve and he explained the differences of the trim levels. We were surprised that, when we explained that we were interested in the basic Subaru Outback, he did not push us to go for more options. He looked at the inventory and told us that there were no basic models currently available. Our options were to custom order or, if we were not particular about the color, we could choose one that was on the next shipment to be arriving. We chose the latter. Steve quoted us a price which was within the range of what we thought it should be. A few weeks later, we picked up our new car. It was a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend Steve and East Hills Subaru. Thank you! More

They were no-nonsense in their factual presentations and answered all our questions. I have had an Outback since 2000 and felt it was time for a new one. I gave the older one to our son and was thrilled to test drive the 2015. It's solid, responsive, filled with wonderful features (even the standard model I purchased) and I can't wait to drive it on the open road. They told me that they recently moved from another Subaru dealership on Long Island to be in a more comfortable environment. I'm the beneficiary of their move. David E. Robbins, Esq. More

I came to East Hills in February based on a recommendation from a friend after I had a horrible experience at another Subaru dealership. I went straight to East Hills after visiting the first dealership and I was very wary of what to expect. Stuart met me at the door and immediately offered his assistance. He was so patient, attentive, and understanding with me, my sister, and all of the hoops I had to jump through in purchasing my first vehicle, getting insurance, etc. Arnie was also very instrumental in helping things flow - he worked out an excellent financial plan for me, called banks, explained every step, etc. Dennis helped seal the deal and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new WRX. And Chris even took me for a drive and was an excellent instructor as was still learning to drive manual. I walked in as a customer and walked out a friend - something a lot of places lack with customer service these days. In the passing weeks and months, Stuart checked in on me several times through e-mail and phone calls to make sure I was having the best experience with my car as possible. And he kept reminding me to fill out this survey that I only just found the link for today...but I will keep my word to Stuart (5 months later) and say that he was a phenomenal salesman and I would definitely return to see him and/or recommend him to family and friends.
