The sales rep was able to answer all my questions, was patient about the bits I didn't understand right away, and when I said I wanted to sit in the car to think about it, she left me alone to think about it! She was very helpful about explaining all the new features and getting my new car set up comfortably. I wish I needed another car so I that could shop at East Hills again. More
