Service visit I am the owner of a 2016 Subaru Forester. In my opinion, the customer service at East Hill Subaru was among-st the WORST I have ever experienced. Wh I am the owner of a 2016 Subaru Forester. In my opinion, the customer service at East Hill Subaru was among-st the WORST I have ever experienced. When I dropped my car off for the state inspection and Subaru recall work, I was told that my breaks needed to be replaced. Consequently , I had to leave my Forester with them from May 18th to May 20th. When I returned to pick my car up, I noticed that there were a lot of scratches on the front bumper and yellow paint around the scratches (as if it was scratched against a yellow pole). When I informed East Hill Subaru, I was treated quite RUDELY and was told that "it happened because of you". They then proceeded to rub off the yellow paint from the bumper and repeated that the scratches may have happened beforehand. More

After researching prices for new Outbacks from local dealers, I decided to visit East Hills as they offered the best price. I've been through the car buying/leasing process many times so I tend to approach the process with skepticism and dread. I was fortunate to meet Stacey Tsougaris who was a refreshing change from past experience. Not only does she have the ability to engage in a comfortable non pressured way, Stacey also has a great sense of humor. Because of her ability to both put me at ease and clearly lay out the terms of my lease I felt good about doing business with her. I left with my new Outback feeling happy with the deal. Great Price, Car was purchased on 9 Feb 2019 Great price for the vehicle I was searching for. I searched for a week in a 100 mile radius for a used CPO 2016 Su Car was purchased on 9 Feb 2019 Great price for the vehicle I was searching for. I searched for a week in a 100 mile radius for a used CPO 2016 Subaru Legacy Premium. This dealer had the lowest price in a 100 miles of me. Vehicle had 8300 miles and the price beat every other dealer by thousands. The sales associate Jen was phenomenal. The dealership was extremely busy for a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted right away, and was set up with the sales associate. Jen listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions., despite taking care of multiple customers. The dealership closed at 6pm but Jen stayed late until the deal was done. More

From the minute I walked in the first time to the time I picked up my vehicle , the experience was flawless. Christopher is an expert in the Subaru product , he had me test drive several vehicles and we picked out the one that was perfect for my needs. Christopher found the exact vehicle I wanted and had it at the dealership ready to go with a few days. The vehicle was prepped perfectly. Christopher even made a point of transferring all of my items from my old car to the new Subaru , I didn’t even ask. I was very impressed. Christopher even installed my ez pass in the new vehicle. I am very please with my new vehicle and even more please that I connected with Chris and the staff at East Hills Subaru. Great work !!!!!! More

Service was awful . The worse customer serviced Manager Mike Puccio never returned phone calls . Technician failed to diagnose the problem . They replaced was awful .
