But Chris helped me through the entire process in the most comfortable, easy way. No pressure at all. I asked a million questions and he slowly and calmly answered each and every one. He took me on two test drives so that I could make a comparison. The Outback 3.6R I bought drives better than I thought. This car is nicer, and prettier than I thought I'd come away with, thanks to Chris. Now, I want the rest of my family to drive the very safe cars Subaru offers. And from the friendly staff at East Hills Subaru! Jayson made the finance part understandable with no pressure at all. The managers David and Dennis offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. A big THANK YOU to JAMIE, who took the time to take us on a test drive of not one - but two vehicles. Then she sat down with us and patiently answered all our questions. When we picked our car up, she went over the whole vehicle with us - inside and out. By the time we left there, we felt as if we had gained a new friend. And a shout out to JAYSON as well - who, somehow, even made the financing end of the deal a pleasant experience! East Hills Subaru is a pleasure to do business with. Lease returns with Jamie - Awesome!! My husband and I both turned in our lease returns with East Hills. We have leased from there and although we live in Staten Island. we wanted to go b My husband and I both turned in our lease returns with East Hills. We have leased from there and although we live in Staten Island. we wanted to go back to East Hills because of their large inventory. We were lucky enough to get Jamie as our sales rep. She was so accommodating - gave us her schedule, her direct line, and appointments for discussing the options. She seemed to have an intuition as to which models and features would be best for us. We test drove both vehicles, got coffee, no rush, time to get a feel for the car and its value. Jamie explained every feature in detail it the test drive and again when we picked up the car. She even made sure Sirius worked which required calling them to activate the account before we drove off the lot. The experience was awesome - we would definitely recommend Jamie and East Hills Subaru in Roslyn. Nice people to work with! More
