I can't say enough good things about the service center as well -- when we realized that my new car had come without a bumper cover, the guys in the service center squeezed me into the schedule (at closing time) to avoid my having to come out to Long Island again. I was greeted within 30-45 seconds of wandering into the dealership by Dennis, a very nice and jovial man. He introduced me to Anthony who is one of the most laid-back, down to Earth sales people I have ever dealt with. He responds promptly to phone calls and emails. Not once did I feel that "you're on their turf" pressure. I'm a difficult car purchaser to please, but I have nothing bad to say about East Hills Subaru or Anthony or Dennis. I came in on a Monday at 6pm, and had completed a trade-in and new purchase, driving the new car off the lot by that Wednesday at 1pm. I had a certain situation that called for the dealership to accommodate, and they followed through. Not one bad thing to say. I plan on coming back. More

Best used car buying experience ever I went into East Hills, not planning to buy a car that day, but only to sit in one. Then I met Rae. She is amazing. She listened to what I thought I needed, heard my budget, and found me my best car ever. She did not pressure me at all. She was very knowledgeable about the cars she deals with, from safety features, to comfort features, to gas mileage. She guided me through the process and I left there feeling better than I ever have about buying a car from a dealer. Now, a couple weeks later, I smile every time I get into my Forester. I highly recommend you seek out Rae if you want a good experience buying a preowned car. More

We needed to get our daughter a safe new SUV and we heard from our friends and family that Subaru was the safest on the market. We were lucky enough that our local Subaru dealership in Roslyn had the best salesperson we ever met. Her name is Jamie and my daughter loved instantly. My daughter wanted to test drive a bunch of cars and when she test drive the forester and met Jamie she knew it was the right choice. She was extremely thorough and made sure my daughter drove off in her new car with eyesight comfortably. We will refer everyone to her and east hills. Thanks again.
