Mr. James Hoppe helped me from the beginning to the end with all the details and all the necessary steps. I have never before worked with anyone as competent and as hardworking as Mr. Hoppe. He was very thorough, very kind, very helpful. He made all the tedious steps a pleasure. He was very genuiely intereseted in helping me to buy the right carfare me and he went out of his way to make sure that all the transaction was done correctly and stress free. After reading so many good reviews about her, I had to come and see for myself. She was extremely patient and friendly. Mike introduced us to Cara Schlefman who would be our salesperson.
