He took me to meet Anthony Applewhaite, a consummate gentleman who was totally familiar with the complete product line. He anawered all of our questions, and guided me to the selection of the correct car for me. This about my 30th car and I think I just got the best one now. The whole staff in East Hills Subaru greets me warmly when I walk in. They have to love the job and they told me what a great place it is to work at. There was no bait and switch, no game playing etc. just a sweet sincere dealership and I felt comfortable enough to consider Anthony a friend now who I can always call upon with any questions.. The same for Vish. and Phil M. Next month my cousin whose lease is up will be introduced by me to Anthony. I look forward to introducing others as well. We went to 15 dealerships, Subaru and other makes, and had to decide between a 10-year investment or a 3-year throwaway and we decided to go long term. So, that meant asking "who do we want to work with for so long?" We chose East Hills because they didn't pressure us. James let us walk away when we wanted to, and we kept coming back to him. My wife can be difficult, by choice, and James let her be, allowing her to comfortably decide what she wanted on her terms, and that was a big deal to us. 3 months later, were really happy with our car, and sure enough, we got a friendly phone call for our first service. I recommend going to East Hills. More
