We were fortunate not only to find a Subaru that we love but a salesperson who is more fantastic than the car. We were introduced to Jamie Borack at East hills Subaru in Roslyn and she made leasing a car a painless experience. She spent over an hour going over all the safety features and general features in our new 2018 Subaru Legacy. Get this she even made a house visit to pair our garage door opener in the home link mirror. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. We are pleased to write this review and recommend her to other. We will see her in a year and a half when our other Infiniti lease is up. More

Cary is the salesperson you are looking for- complete product knowledge without the push. So confident in his knowledge that there is zero sales pressure because the product is that good. When the sales consultant tells you the options you DON'T need, you know that he knows his stuff. Cary listened to what was important to me as a buyer and then guided me through the models and process. No agenda whatsoever- very helpful. Note: the EyeSight system is completely worth the money. They clearly tell you what is possible and what is not possible. And then they do more than what was promised. My car arrived three days before the date they promised and prepped it for delivery literally as soon as it arrived on the truck. Jayson is the finance manager and is clear, competent and efficient. They have made the decision not to b/s, mislead or lie to customers and it's working. Great, experienced team. Makes the other dealerships in the area look like kiddie-hour. Highly recommended. More

Great GOTO person if you want to buy a Subaru, highly recommended!! Went through my financing process with Jayson, very cool guy and very honest guy as well. Listen to whatever he tried to tell you, because there is no xx, he works very efficiently and got my paperwork done with the bank very smoothly. Really enjoy my Subaru shopping experience overall, most people you met at this dealership (as far as for me) are very friendly and you can feel they care about customers and cars in general. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE!!!! I would first like to appoligize to all staff and any customers for my actions and language. Do not go to this dealership with any ho BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not go to this dealership with any hope of getting a fair deal.i went with a truecar price quote dealership acknowledged me as a truecar buyer they would not even honor their own price quote! Then as i am pointing out they arent matching their own quote a gentleman i am assuming is a manager or finance guy walks by and states very loudly so the whole show room can here" a low baller here. We got a low baller here!!!" I have never been so deceived, angry,degraded,embarassed by how i was treated at this dealership . I have already reached out to whom i know was involved and appoligized for my actions and language. The gentleman who initially "helped" me seemed very unknowledgable about his products how many times can you flip the same paper to find the answer thats right in front of you? Probably a time wasting tactic i would hope. Then his direct "manager" not willing to match his own dealerships price quote by over 1,000 dollars. I have tried emailing this manager to get the name of the gentleman who is bold enough to insult customer right to his face , no one will tell me his name. Shortly after very embarassing exit i made with language i am not proud of in which i was told i should " go to church" and "get out of his show room " if you go to this dealership read all the negative reviews of this place first. This is truly how you will be treated. The rude gentleman is in the right office by the main doors. I would still like to know his name. This by far worst dealings at a dealership i have EVER had and thats says a lot because i was actually sold a lemon car, even They treated me better. I hope that this review helps someone avoid the degradation, embarassment, and frustration of being treated like a common criminal just for askung them to match their own price quote. I have even reached out to who ever responds to negative reviews. Be prepared to be ignored. Worst dealership ever More
