We were introduced to Jamie Borack at East hills Subaru in Roslyn and she made leasing a car a painless experience. She spent over an hour going over all the safety features and general features in our new 2018 Subaru Legacy. Get this she even made a house visit to pair our garage door opener in the home link mirror. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Cary is the salesperson you are looking for- complete product knowledge without the push. So confident in his knowledge that there is zero sales pressure because the product is that good. When the sales consultant tells you the options you DON'T need, you know that he knows his stuff. Cary listened to what was important to me as a buyer and then guided me through the models and process. No agenda whatsoever- very helpful. Note: the EyeSight system is completely worth the money. They clearly tell you what is possible and what is not possible. And then they do more than what was promised. My car arrived three days before the date they promised and prepped it for delivery literally as soon as it arrived on the truck. Jayson is the finance manager and is clear, competent and efficient. They have made the decision not to b/s, mislead or lie to customers and it's working. Great, experienced team. Makes the other dealerships in the area look like kiddie-hour. Highly recommended. More

He listens, answers every bit of my questions and do not make me feel like rushing to buy. I actually feel very very comfortable talking to him. Great GOTO person if you want to buy a Subaru, highly recommended!! Went through my financing process with Jayson, very cool guy and very honest guy as well. Listen to whatever he tried to tell you, because there is no xx, he works very efficiently and got my paperwork done with the bank very smoothly.
