East Hills was a fantastic place to purchase our car because I didn't feel pressured to buy or buy extras for the car I wanted. I am somebody that is impatient with all purchases and know exactly what I want prior to going through with any purchase - albeit a pair of shoes or a car. I haven't purchased a car since I was 17, since I have lived in NYC and happily ride the subway for almost 2 decades, so buying a car for our family was a pretty big deal. Rae was a fantastic representative and empathized with our decisions and qualms when it came to buying. She was as fair as possible and overall our experience was harmless and easy. Jamie is wonderful!!! I went to East Hills Subaru to check out the new 2018 Legacy. Jamie immediately approached me in a friendly manner. She proceeded to show me the Legacy, explain the different features included on the various models, and demonstate the features included on showroom model. She was never pushy and made the experience of buying a car extremely pleasant. When I took delivery of the car she spent over an hour going over all the various features, syncing my phone, etc. She was truly wonderful.
