My sales person, Vish, was very kind, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were purchasing the car for my son, and Vish did not hesitate to answer any questions that we threw his way. He genuinely cared and not make us feel that he was just trying to make a sale. We are going to the Subaru dealers and honestly did not feel welcomed but we did feel more like an inconvenience. This was not the case here . Jayson and Dennis really help us out regarding the financing and need the whole process painless. Laura and the service department we’re great. I am somebody that is impatient with all purchases and know exactly what I want prior to going through with any purchase - albeit a pair of shoes or a car. I haven't purchased a car since I was 17, since I have lived in NYC and happily ride the subway for almost 2 decades, so buying a car for our family was a pretty big deal.
