brought my car for service. told needed brake works. brought my car for service. told needed brake works. work done as advised. brakes now makes squeeking noise. brought back for service. told "nothing brought my car for service. told needed brake works. work done as advised. brakes now makes squeeking noise. brought back for service. told "nothing wrong". brakes now squeeks even more. also noticed fluids leakage. left car overnight for inspection and was told "no leakage found". Only on repeat visiot was told there was a leak. staff is veru friendly but it means nothing if they lack technical expertice i expect from a dealer based service department More

I understood exactly because of his detailed explanations nd his care that I understood. He had me wait in a room that was clean, very comfortable with snacks and delicious coffee. I had a great experience with my first service. I went in for my first oil change and was greeted quickly. I was given the choice of a loaner car, but decided to wait in the service area instead. The wait was not very long and the service area was clean and had many comforts of home. I was able to use my laptop there and also enjoyed coffee and snacks. Greg is always well educated in answering any questions I have and eager to assist me. I would recommend East Hills to any one for service or a purchase of a new or used vehicle. Great job. More

I dread any visit for car service and compare it to a dental visit, but , I must say, the people really make the difference!!! He made my visit very comfortable, and I was very impressed with the immaculate waiting area and snacks were great too! I was very happy with the service I received .Greg was able to answer all my questions and fix all the problems I had with my car. He is a very nice man! We brought in our Jeep for a service recall and was called back and told there was another problem that had to be taken care of. I called my personal mechanic and got a price and when I called Jeep ba called back and told there was another problem that had to be taken care of. I called my personal mechanic and got a price and when I called Jeep back they said they would do the job for the same price. After we agreed on the price they called back after the job was started and told me that they had to charge me more to fix something else. They never told me at any time before the job was started that there could be a possiblilty that this would cost more. I said to them at this point not to do the work and I would bring it to my own mechanic. They responed that they would not release my car to me unless we paid for 2 hours of time!! I called my own mechanic and he said that I definitely should have been advised that there could be another problem that could cost more. The help there was extremely unprofessional and when I asked the manager to speak to her boss (apparently the owner, a Mr. Ken Bradley I think his name is) she said he wasn/t there. I asked if I could get a call back from him within the hour and she laughed in my face!!!!!! I honesty feel that they were trying to make the money for the repairs to make up for the cost of repairing what should have been a free repair for a recall. I would advise all potential customers to this dealer to take your car elseware for repairs and if taken in for a recall and told they have to perform addtional work...RUN... don/t walk to pick up your car and have someone else do the repairs......
