Very organized. Excellent service. Everyone I worked with was attentive, helpful, and accommodating. A problem with a faulty radio was ordered and fixed quickly. Of which when I asked to get fixed, he got a very nice serviceman to do it right away. The gentleman in the parts department was also friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Center. I am giving everyone in the service department 5 stars since they all seemed to work in a team effort. More

His customer service is far and above anyone I have ever encountered. He actually listens and cares about the owners issues. The man should be considered for a manager position. I am 69 years old and as prior-mentioned, I have bought many vehicles and not one place treated me like Mike Casey did. He made sure to get me in due to having scheduled conference call with my employer and he was very attentive to my need to be home by a certain time so he got me a loaner car so that I would not be late for the calls. I didn't have to worry about anything. He called me when the work was done and fully explained the issues I was having with my RAM 1500 Big Horn. I will be back for any needed service in the future. Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure you issues are resolved. Last year I brought the Jeep in because I had a leaking oil pan, steering rack and radiator. I have been complaining about the leaking are resolved. Last year I brought the Jeep in because I had a leaking oil pan, steering rack and radiator. I have been complaining about the leaking radiator since the car was a little over a year old. Nobody could find a leak but I kept smelling antifreeze and the level kept going down. Mike was the first service advisor who took the time to look and found a small leak in the radiator. After Mike had them replace the radiator, the smell went away and the fluid level doesn’t go down. I can’t say enough about how Mike goes out of his way to solve the problem. More

I recently had a problem with my forward collision and lane sense not working on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Service Advisors Mike Casey and Jon Piansky were both very helpful to me in having my vehicle repai lane sense not working on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Service Advisors Mike Casey and Jon Piansky were both very helpful to me in having my vehicle repaired. They advised that my problem appeared to be a cruise control module issue. They had the fault traced, and the defective module ordered and replaced. I was also provided with a courtesy vehicle while my jeep was out of service. I was kept up to date on the part ordered status, and called immediately when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I am always more than satisfied when dealing with either Mike or Jon, and consider both gentleman as a true refection of the value in being a customer at East Hills. More
