We saw a used car, which came into the dealership as a trade-in. We inquired about it, it was available and so we went in the same day on 10/20 to test drive it. Steve DeSetto was working the reception and passed us off to Frank Bachard. After a modest wait, Frank retrieved the car from the the lot and left it to us to test drive it. We got in the car and the no gas light was on. It only goes downhill from here. We went in to crunch the numbers. Now we have financed 2 and have leased 5 cars before, so this is not our first rodeo. We know how the song and dance goes. The car, according to Kelley Blue Book, has a fair purchase price from a dealership of $13,353. They are offering it for $16,505 on the condition that you finance from them. So far, ok. Now here comes the rub, they tacked on completely bogus fees, not 1, but 3 of them. There is a "doc prep fee" of $1,000, "transportation fee" of $700, and a "gas fee" of $45. The 1st fee, we kind of more or less anticipated. $700 Transportation fee for a trade-in? This is a used car and was literally driven into the lot by the person trading it in. Also, gas fee for a car that had no gas in it for the test drive? You cannot make this up. A complete joke. It gets worse. After going back and forth on the numbers, Frank told us that he will speak with his used car sales manager and get back to us the following day. We never heard back from him. Instead, the price of the car was increased by $1,000 on their website from $16,505 to $17,505 the following day. We have the previous ad printed and all the numbers in Frank's handwriting. They want $17,505 for a $13,500 trade-in on the condition if you finance from them. On top of that they tack on $1,700 in bogus fees. Almost $20,000 for a 10 year old Toyota, which they probably undervalued during trading in. Unless, you're leasing a new Jeep from them, steer clear. They are dishonest and will completely gaslight you. More

I had an incredible experience with this dealership. Fred was my sales guy and had answers to all my questions. I needed a car as soon as possible due to my jeep being totaled.
