I wanted a black certified Jeep with leather and a sunroof and under 45k miles under $18k. I found plenty of Jeeps online, and visited 4-5 dealerships before going to East Hills. After some terrible experiences at the other Jeep dealers I was hoping that after seeing the ratings on here that East Hills would be different (and they were!). My father and I made the trip from CT to NY for a used 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.7L with 40k for 17k. Do I feel like I got a steal in my purchase?..No, but I do feel confident that I got a good deal, especially compared to CT dealership pricing. In my searches of CT area dealers all CPO Jeeps fitting my requirements had price tags of $20-23k. Driving to East Hills wasn't bad but driving home took a long time due to traffic but even with 5 hours of driving I feel it was worth saving at least $3k! They have plenty of CPO jeeps on the lot and our salesman Roger was more than willing to find and show me all the Jeeps that I might have interest in. This was a low pressure sales environment, they did try pushing the purchase of the extended warranty which is to be expected and honestly wasn't a bad deal but I chose not to purchase it. +'s = friendly, low pressure, will work with you on pricing, feel like they were honest with my the whole way, have plenty of options, worked with pricing to correct the high dealer 'prep' fee, would/have reccomended going to these guys if buying a Jeep! -'s= I expected a dealer prep fee as anyone buying from a dealer should, but after we negotiated a price they had a $675 prep fee which thankfully Roger was willing to work down by reducing the price but just be prepared to see that after you have a set price. On a side note I had made a trip to another dealer on my way to JFK airport; Town and Country used Jeeps and holy cow they were awful! After going in to Town and Country Jeep, I honestly almost stopped looking for a Jeep. Thankfully going to East Hills showed me there are some Jeep dealers who do it right! More

I also wanna include the sales manager Steve also made the money part of it reasonable and he's tough but willing to work it out with you!
