Mike was great - friendly, upbeat, helpful. Met us as we drive up to the service bay, explained exactly what was going to be done and how long it would take. We looked all over for a used Jeep with a Hemi. Every place we went was over priced or the Jeep was in poor shape. Brett knew just what we were looking for and we picked up the Jeep in one day and everyt place we went was over priced or the Jeep was in poor shape. For a 2005 Jeep the truck is mint and drives sooo smooth and is thousands of dollars less then the other dealers. Brett went out of his way to help us with every detail. This has been the best experience I have ever had buying a car and there have been many. I felt no pressure into buying it was such a smooth transaction. Brett knew every detail of the car, very impressive. Also Dean in financing was a great help with my warranty he helped me with a warranty to fit my needs and my pocket. Overall the Dealership is over the top, friendly,clean, fast and has very good product every car on the lot looked brand new. I will highly recommend Brett and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
Brought my car in for service on a steering problem. They worked hard until they found and fixed the problem. The service department tried to help resolve the problem as best as they could. I bought a 2006 Dodge Charger. I came all the way from Central NJ and it was worth it. The car was like brand new with low miles. I saw other cars on the lot and it looks like they have late model vehicles in beautiful shape. Their price was within my range even after Certification fees. I shopped around other dealers' lots and saw slightly cheaper cars but not as perfect as this one. It even included a 3 month 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Roger even took care of an issue I had with no questions asked. Dean was able to meet my financing needs as well (very reasonable). They might not be the absolute cheapest but they are the best in my opinion. I would absolutely go back for another car there and recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car. More
I stopped in because of a noise and had the misfortune of having the only person available to be Nate. I spent one and a half hours waiting to be told that a major part had to be replaced (this after a visis having the only person available to be Nate. There was no loaner available and no help to be had. I spoke with my salesperson, Mike Kennedy who of course was helpful and professional and a solution was found. I returned the car the next day and the wonderful manager had Mike tke over and all worked out as it usually does...they delivered the car to me at my job with apologies and by 2 wonderful gentlemen happy to do this for me. I will return in the Fall now to terminate this lease and look into another. Please tell Neal, Michael and Mike that they are appreciated for their professionalism and respect to the customer. During a recent visit for a 40,000 mile service and brake work my car was returned to me without being test driven. Within one minute of leaving the dealership the check engine light lit up. In addition, the windshield wipers which needed changing and were allegedly checked were not changed. No one was at the dealership at 7:30 PM to address the problems. I now have to organize a return visit and I am not sure in the interim that the car can be driven. The people were pleaseant but inept. More
The employees were very curteous and helpful the second i pulled up to the service department. They met me outside, checked my car in and had me wait in the waiting room. The work on my Jeep involved 3 recall repairs and they had me out in less than 2 hours.. and i only made the appointment 2 days prior to when the work was done. I would definately bring my Jeep back there for any repairs needed without hesitation and will tell anyone i know with a Chrysler vehicle to do the same More

A purchase of a new Liberty Jet became an exercise in futility. After ordering the best Liberty package on the Jet Series I was assured that every available option package would be ordered. I paid a $130 futility. After ordering the best Liberty package on the Jet Series I was assured that every available option package would be ordered. I paid a $1300 deposit to guarantee my interest. The Liberty Jet took longer to arrive at the dealership as they told me the Teamster truckers do not enjoy a trip to Long Island. Upon delivery, many items were not present and could not be located. The owner's manual was lost for two and one half hours, the smokers group was missing on delivery and most importantly, the "comfort and convenience" group, which alerts the driver of danger while backing up was not installed. They said it was not ordered but every other safety item on this Liberty Jet (a $36,500 Liberty) was ordered. It seems that their ordering process uses numbers and codes, not their English equivalents. A conversation with the manager, Ms. Burr, had the missing item installed at twice the suggested price and still deleted other package requirements they could not install. All this, a two and one half hour wait for delivery even with my AAA "discount and courtisies". I would not recommend this dealership, patronize it again or have service performed there. After the entire process, my lease terms were increased to reflect the service performed making my monthly fees greater than competitive dealers. Their last effort to increase to increase your lease is to offer "special insurance" for $17 monthly to protect the "customer" if the car is returned without mirrors or tears through the leather upholstry. If you deny such coverage you are escorted to the hard chairs in the repair department for your interminable wait while they seek your vehicle. Due to time constraints I was not advised about the safe operation of the vehicle equipment. When I reminded them of their oversight, they then agreed but I no longer could engage in civil conversation with their employees. This has been my worst experience ever since my first Jeep lease in 1999. Chrysler/Jeep would not intercede on my behalf as each dealership is "independent". Seek your own independence and check the numerous competitive dealers where matters can not be worse. More
