Went to East Hills Jeep for the first time on 8/11/2011, to look at a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a very warm welcome, made me feel like I was a lo to look at a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a very warm welcome, made me feel like I was a long time customer. Waited less then 5 minutes to be introduced to my salesman, Rich Correa. Rich was one of the best sales reps. I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have bought several new cars in my lifetime and found Rich's service top notch. He asked me what I was looking for, which I already had the exact car I wanted in mind. He was able to located that exact car for me and explain all the options that came with the car, not being pushing at all which was very nice. I was at another Jeep dealer earlier in the week and felt alot of the usual sales pitch, but felt none of that from Rich. He was very informative about the car and told me he could have the car for me the very next day being a Friday. I told him that I wasn't sure I would be able to pick it up on Friday so I scheduled a Saturday pick up. Come Friday I found out that I would be able to pick it up Friday so I called Rich Friday morning on his personal cell phone which he had given me the day before just in case my plans had changed to a Friday pick up. He said to call him and he would do whatever he could do to make a Friday pick up happen. After we spoke early Friday morning he called me back within 10 mins. to tell me that he would see me Friday evening for delivery. Since my delivery on Friday Rich has reached out to me on two occasion just to see how I like the jeep, that is great customer follow up. Being in sales myself to sum up my experience at East Hills Jeep and with Rich Correa it was hands down the most pleasent experience I have ever had purchasing a new Jeep and I would definitely recommend East Hills Jeep and Rich Correa to friends and family. Thanks again Rich for all your help with my purchase, I love the Jeep. More
i went to the showroom looking for a competitive price on a new Cherokee Laredo, and left the dealer a few hours later with a new car. Rich Correa did everything possible to make the experience as pleasant a a new Cherokee Laredo, and left the dealer a few hours later with a new car. On Friday 8/5/11 I went into the dealership and sat down with Curtis (salesman) for about half an hour, 45 minutes and discussed exactly the Wrangler I wanted, they didn't have one on the lot but he could d with Curtis (salesman) for about half an hour, 45 minutes and discussed exactly the Wrangler I wanted, they didn't have one on the lot but he could do a search of nearby (w/in 150 miles) and arrange a swap, if I left a deposit. I took the weekend to think it over. On Monday 8/8/11 I returned and left a deposit with curtis so he could "find my Jeep". On Tuesday 8/9/11 while on my way to work Curtis called to and asked "exactly what Jeep are you looking for?" and giving him the benefit of the doubt that I hadn't spoken with him about it since Friday I hastily went over everything for a second time. Then there was a second call, before I arrived at work Tuesday morning that he could only find a soft top. Oh so you can only find what I originally asked for? cool. Then on Thursday 8/11/11 the manager Mike Kennedy calls and leaves me a vm to call. I come to find out they have located ALMOST the exact Wrangler I wanted, it's going to come with approx 300 miles on it, and do I want it. At this point I had been given no information regarding the Wrangler, or the price range of what they had located. I asked him to email me the window sticker b/c I was having dinner with my grandparents, and would call him back. A while later, still no email so I call and Mike is "unavailable". So after having dinner with my grandparents I called Mike again and was told he was "with a customer". Still no email, I called a third and final time and Mike wouldn't come to the phone AGAIN! And still no email. And on top of all of this the receptionist was less than friendly. So I cancelled the deal and am still waiting to see if they'll give me my deposit back. After I called and cancelled Curtis called and texted my cell phone, and Mike called, and when I returned his call, he was unavailable AGAIN, and they tried to transfer me to someone else. Deal's off. And still no email of the window sticker btw. The funny part is had they actually emailed me the window sticker I would have written them a check that night. Oh well. Working with this dealership has inspired me to not buy a Jeep. More

Classic case of bait and switch.I was promised one car and got another. Had to visit service several times, and they were unable to fix problem. They then were unwilling to rectify the situation. I was in negotiation with another dealer to buy an SUV and was ready to sign - but decided to take a look at East Hills Jeep before finalizing. The experience was entirely no-pressure and this dealership won my business through a combination of product, service, price, and attitude. It was a no-nonsense experience with Ann and the whole management team (Steve, Mike, Oliver) got involved to make the deal work when it got to the point that it counted most. Everyone was entirely professional, including sales staff not involved in the deal (like Jorge) and even the workers in the lot who didn't even know us and showed genuine interest in making sure we were pleased. Great followup. No gimmicks. You can go to this dealership with complete confidence. Too bad they can only go up to 5-stars on this rating system, because they deserve a TEN. More
