I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. The salesman I worked with was Carlton. He was helpful and friendly, and made no attempt to pressure me into buying anything. The sales manager stepped in when it came time to negotiate the price. I can't think of his name right now, but I believe it was Steve. Steve seemed to be a bit more of a "salesman", more of a fast talker trying to close a deal, but that's his job, and I guess he's good at it because after a little bit of back and forth, offer/counter offer stuff, I bought the car. I feel I got a pretty good deal, so I was satisfied with the way the sale went. The only problem I had was picking up the car. When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time, the car was not ready, but they told me they'd have it ready in 15 minutes. It took about 2 hours before I was finally able to drive off of the lot. I've only had the car for a few weeks, but so far, so good. More

I had a horrible experience at this dealership. I do not recommend this dealer to anybody. Especially salesman Curtis, he is very rude and a liar. Steve is a young Immature Manager who has no clue what he is doing and these both don't deserve to sell these cars. Curtis began with the price of 440 a month for a wrangler lease and when I asked if he could do better he said there was no way he could. the next day i was receiving phone calls of him throwing me offer and being rude and just hanging up the phone. I ended up buying the car in another dealership. Northern Boulevard, Bayside Jeep dealer. I was pressured into leaving a deposit and was told it was fully refundable, its been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received the check that they say they sent out in the mail. Every time i call Curtis hangs up the phone in a rude manor for example, "Yea, Yea I'll call you back" More

Roger was a very friendly sales person. After visiting many Jeep dealers close to my home I spoke with many sales people who were not as prepared as I expected. East Hills was fantastic! I could have not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful sales staff. I was incredibly indecisive about the car I wanted to buy and Steve and Scott were so patient and help for a friendlier or more helpful sales staff. They even spent countless hours trying to locate the exact car (color and features) I was looking for. When I finally made a decision, I had the easiest time actually getting the car. It took no longer then 20 minutes to sign and complete all paperwork and make my first payment. It was a smooth and painless process throught the whole purchase. I recently purchased a vehicle from East Hills Jeep and could not have been more satisfied. I arrived at the dealership on a Wednesday and was greeted as I walked in the door by the receptionist then transferred to a member of the sales team. After a test drive, I signed the papers and drove the car away Saturday. The staff handled all of the paperwork, DMV, Title, and other important documents with time in mind. My visit to pick up the car went flawless and I left the dealership in thirty minutes, car keys in hand. I was looking on line as I wanted to stay within the Jeep family as they make good cars. when I called was transferred to Rich Correa. From that point on the process then got easier. I had felt very frustrated with what I had experienced so I was a bit apprehensive going into the process of trading in my car. I had called another dealership before finding East Hills and I felt as though they were only interested in making a sale. This was also a Chrysler jeep dealer. My second attempt was East Hills and I must say it was a totally different experience. It was as if Rich had taken my situation personally. He was not pushy or anxious to make a sale. He treated me as if he wanted this decision and choice of vehicle to be my own. He stood with me through the entire process. He helped me to choose the right vehicle at the right price.I wish all sales people had the same customer service focus as did he. I love my used 2008 Jeep Commander Overland. I did have a couple of service issues the next day and Rich came into the dealership on his day off. You just don't see this type of dedication any more. Rich is a definite asset to East Hills. Very professional, courteous, honest, and caring. I will definitely buy from East Hills again and recommend them to friends and family. I also work in the customer service world and appreciate the efforts put forth by these folks. This is why I have given the rating I did. More
