Dean blinker the finance man smiles while he steals your money. since they cant sell alarm for anymore they jacked up the price of the warrantee. I went to cancel a warranty that I didn't use they had sold it to me for $1400 when I went to cancel it Chrysler was paid $350 for the warranty everybody is entitled to make a profit but 400% is thievery when I went to complain to the manager she said smugly that everybody is entitled to make money and honest living is okay but 400% markup should not be tolerated when a complaint to Chrysler they said your deal with the dealership is your deal when purchasing a Chrysler car remember the dealership pays $350 for the warranty I hope no one else is robbed by the dealership ever again More

I have just purchased my third car from East Hills. I have also serviced all three at their service department and am very happy with the quality of work being performed. The key factor however is that if i did not meet James Kropp while looking for my first Jeep, I may have purchased elsewhere and been unaware of how good the overall service provided by East Hills is. I have since had a friend of mine purchase a car from East Hills based on my recommendation. Over the years i have come to rely on James' expertise and overall helpfulness which is a major reason I keep coming back. He is a tremendous asset to the dealership and I consider him a friend. More
I came to this dealership as a last attempt in purchasing a new Grand Cherokee. I SHOULD HAVE COME HERE FIRST!!!!! I was very disappointed with Wesybury Jeep, when I questioned them on financing, and told th a new Grand Cherokee. I SHOULD HAVE COME HERE FIRST!!!!! I was very disappointed with Wesybury Jeep, when I questioned them on financing, and told them not to even bother with a follow up call. The sales and manager ( Ed I believe) were well informed and treated me with the upmost level of professionalism. This is a dealer that you need to visit before purchasing a new Jeep. I am writing with regards to my 2004 Grand Cherokee Limited that was purchased and serviced at East Hills. I would like to say that in all of my years and 12+ experiences purchasing and servicing vehic Limited that was purchased and serviced at East Hills. I would like to say that in all of my years and 12+ experiences purchasing and servicing vehicles I have NEVER received such atrocious customer service from a service department, nor a vehicle that has experienced this many problems in 3 months and under 3,000 miles; it's ridiculous. This vehicle was sold to us under that guise that it had been serviced and was safe to drive, it has been anything but; though the sales and finance department could not have been more helpful to unload this truck from their lot at the time of the sale. Again, in the short 3 months and less than 3k mies that we have owned this vehicle we have: -A leaking transmission (our own mechanic tells us the proper gasket was never used) -A hard shifting transmission (most likely the result of the above) -A shorted out driver's door causing the power options to fail (repaired at the dealer) -A failing climate control system (to which the dealer claims we will have to pay for) -A leaking/failing power steering pump (somehow completely overlooked during their last service "safety check") -Four blown and leaking shocks -Loose suspension components causing a squeak that would drive any sane person to the brink. I have had 20 year old cars with 200k miles with less issues and better quality than this truck. It is completely unacceptable to me that this dealer A) sold us a vehicle with these existing issues; B) Have the gall to charge us a diagnostic fee to look at the truck a second time after they had just seen it a few weeks ago C) Failed to notice the leaking steering components despite the service representatives claim that they check the steering for safety issues under their safety check; and D) Have done nothing to make the situation right or even treat us with respect, courtesy, and like a customer that just spent hard-earned money at their business. To add insult to injury, they convinced us to purchase an extended warranty on the truck,which as far as I can tell, was a completely useless product sold as a means to make their profit margin larger on the truck. Upon our last visit, we witnessed 2 other customers storm out of the dealerships service area after unsatisfactory discussions with the service representatives. Clearly not a good sign as you're about to hand over your vehicle for what will probably be another frustrating experience. If we could turn back time and take back our 2002 Xterra with 130k miles (that never gave us a single problem) and to have never met these crooks, that would be a dream come true. More
