Service is TERRIBLE I have had my car for about 4 years. Every time I go in to get my car serviced I have to fight to get a owner car even though when you buy your car th I have had my car for about 4 years. Every time I go in to get my car serviced I have to fight to get a owner car even though when you buy your car they tell you loaners are available when you have service. I was charged at $135 diagnostic fee and it would only be waived if the work was going to be completed. When you call and ask to speak to the manager Eric you can wait for weeks before he calls you back. Each time he says he will call me back I had to call back to speak to him and when i called he was never available to talk. I had a computer issue with my car for nearly a month and Eric did not believe that was the issue. I had my car in the service center 5 times before he finally hooked it up to the computer to realize the issue I was having was computer based. The guys at the front when you check in are very nice but the overall service led by the manager Eric leaves a LOT to be desired!!! I would never buy another Jeep More
