I have owned my Chrysler for two years now, live an hour away from the dealer I purchased it from and would not consider using any other service provider. While all of their service staff are courteous, professional and patient, I have to give a rave review to Mike Cartelli. He is the gentleman I always look for when I arrive. Not only did he diagnose a transmission problem several months ago, but he did it after I'd already been in twice before and didn't have it resolved. He gives the same time and attention to a large repair as he does to something as minor as a bulb replacement. Mike Cartelli makes me feel comfortable; he listens when I tell him about my vehicle concerns and I feel confident that my safety while driving is important to him. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone. Thanks for all your help, MIke! More

GREAT .... BUT .... FOUND A GREAT JEEP FOR BETTER PRICE THAN MY LOCAL DEALERS, SO I TRAVELED 3 HOURS TO LI FOR THE CAR, AFTER MUCH COMMUNICATION WITH EAST HILLS. NO WHERE ON AUTOTRADER COULD I FIND THE EXTRA FEES OF ALMOST $1200. THIS IS STANDARD ? MAYBE MY BAD FOR NOT ASKING BUT I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN, I DONT BUY CARS EVERYDAY. I WAS ALREADY THERE, I WASNT GOING BACK WITHOUT THE CAR, SO I DIDNT ARGUE. SALESPERSON SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IN ONE OF THE 100 EMAILS WE EXCHANGED. MY DEAL WAS CONTINGENT ON GETTING THE JEEP MOLDED SLUSH MATS, FRONT, REAR, CARGO. WHEN I ARRIVED ONLY FRONT AND REAR IN CAR AND I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET THE CARGO, AND THE CHEAP ONE THEY PUT IN IT DOES THE SAME THING. THAT WASNT THE POINT, I WANTED THE MATCHING MATS. SO I SAID AT LEAST SELL IT TO ME AT YOUR COST. SO I HAD TO BUY IT FOR $95 ONLY TO CHECK MOPAR AND THEY SELL FOR $75. OTHER THEN THAT EVERYONE THERE WAS ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY. VERY EFFICIENT AS WELL. More
