Easy Breezy! I first went to the dealership last week to meet with one of the sales guys I had been in contact with. When I arrived I asked for the gentlemen, and I first went to the dealership last week to meet with one of the sales guys I had been in contact with. When I arrived I asked for the gentlemen, and one of the managers said he wasn't in. He told me the guy can't be there 24/7 when we were surprised to hear he wasn't there. The wise comment definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Obviously he can't be there 24/7, but the guy knew I was coming in that night to talk to him. Anyway, they set me up with Ryan, who changed my negative start, to a very positive ending. Ryan went above and beyond to get the exact car I wanted and made the whole process very easy.
