He is very knowledgeable of all vehicles This is the second car I have purchased from East Hills Chevrolet of Roslyn. My sales rep was Rick Evanson. He is very knowledgeable of all vehicles in the Chevrolet line up. This is the 7th vehicle me or family members have purchased thru Rick Evanson in the last 12 years. I am have full confidence in him. When I contacted him for the 2017 Equinox I told him the exact equipment and color I wanted and he was able to locate the exact car within a hour of my phone call. The entire team at East Hills Chevrolet of Roslyn are very friendly and helpful. When I came in to take delivery of my new car Rick was outstanding on explaining and showing me all the features of the car and made sure I understood hoe everything worked before I left the showroom. I do not live near the service department so anytime I came in for routine service or a problem with my previous car they understood that I needed to wait for the car and were able to complete all work the same day. There was one instance when they needed more time to check a problem, they arranged for a loaner without any problem. More

Smooth and stress less with Drew Hannon Right when we walked in we were given a little space to breath and check out what we were looking for. Then our salesman Drew Hannon came over to gree Right when we walked in we were given a little space to breath and check out what we were looking for. Then our salesman Drew Hannon came over to greet us. We really just came in to see what they had to offer and expected for him to start pressuring us to buy big. But drew was so easy going we knew shortly after meeting him that we were gonna be purchasing from him. We told him what model and how much we wanted to pay monthly, he then made it happen. This was after going to another dealer who expected us to play hard ball to get in our price range. Drew simply took the most he could off plus got us out of our old lease with a few payments without us begging. I highly recommend and look forward to working with Drew in the future. More

Silverado with a Platinum Rating I walked into this dealership and was immediately struck by the fact that I was not swarmed by a sales rep when I walked in the door. I didn't need to I walked into this dealership and was immediately struck by the fact that I was not swarmed by a sales rep when I walked in the door. I didn't need to say the words "just looking." to get someone to leave me alone. After meeting my rep Gus Quinones...through his calm demeanor and keen knowledge of the Silverado he convinced me I was in the right place...not to LOOK for my new truck...but to eventually BUY my new truck. It took me 2 months of back and forth to build the perfect truck along with Gus and his great recommendations. I could tell we were going to order a truck custom for my needs. Most importantly, he never pressured me in to doing this sooner for his own "end of month" benefit. Patience paid off as I picked up my new 2017 Silverado last week...So smooth a drive with all the latest technology...yet simple.
