Having had both pleasant and unpleasant experiences in the past, this was our first time dealing with this dealership and Chevrolet. You know when you walk into a dealership if you are comfortable with the Salesman and the dealership as a whole. By luck, we worked with Thomas (TJ) Picerno. Never pushy, always communicative, he breaks the stereotype and unpleasantness that sometimes comes along with "haggling" to get the best deal. He worked with us and we worked with him and the dealership. I think he gave us a great deal, made sure we got what "we" wanted and even did the right thing no questions asked when we encountered a little hiccup, making a good experience a great one. More

One tried to sell a vehicle 8k over the price they advertised on the internet. Ronnie at East Hills was so easy to deal with and upfront about everything and my time at the dealer was minimal as he got everything done over the phone. I brought in my newly gifted 2019 camaro in and each time I brought my car in they scratched it and damaged it and then denied it multiple times even the manager denied that it happened there but i recieved I brought my car in they scratched it and damaged it and then denied it multiple times even the manager denied that it happened there but i recieved my car literally 4 days before i brought it in for service and there wasnt a single scratch on my vehicle then each time i recieve my car I got a new scratch which is ridiculous dont bring your car here if you value your vehicle they dont care appropriately about customers vehicles More
