Dear Leroy, After reviewing your notes in our database, you're right. You were looking for a very specific Colorado that would have to be factory ordered. We thought it best for you to build the vehicle you wanted. Our process is to introduce you to a sales manager who then would introduce you to one of our sales representatives who would then assist you with the build. The sales manager would oversee the build. We have three associates who do this for our company, two of whom were not in the store at the time and the third was sitting with customers upon your arrival. We handled this transition poorly and I realize you were frustrated with the salesperson with whom you ended up meeting. I am having my general sales manager prepare the build out so he can accurately give you the out the door price you've requested. I will then have him contact you. I'm sorry all of this happened.
