If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment through the Chevy App for a problem with my 2020 Traverse. Delilah called me back to tell me that a diagnostic could not be done on Saturday, totally through the Chevy App for a problem with my 2020 Traverse. Delilah called me back to tell me that a diagnostic could not be done on Saturday, totally understand. I made an appointment for 6/2 at 7:30am. I asked about getting a loaner as I have that as part of my warranty. She told me they were only for East Hills customers and I explained that I needed to get to work and her response was “That’s not really our problem, we have none available until July 11th”. Her tone was rude and disrespectful, not a great way to speak to customers. Back to the appointment… I dropped my 2020 Traverse off on 6/1/21 around 4pm for a 6/2/21 7:30am appointment. As of 11:30 am on Wednesday my truck was not even taken in. Ethan said they would try to get it in today, TRY??? I had an appointment, I called to speak to Ethan for an update around 3pm, my truck was still not taken in and he told me that it wouldn’t even be taken in until maybe Friday 6/4/21 the earliest. I asked him why when I had an appointment. His response was “Well we are too busy and we’ll get to it” I said I had an appointment and he responded with “What do you want me to do about it?” Um, how about honor my appointment time and take my truck in when it was scheduled for a diagnostic. I asked if he had any idea what might be wrong, he responded no but it may cost you out of pocket to fix. No, you don’t know what’s wrong with my truck and it is still under the 3yr/36,000k bumper to bumper warranty. Trying to scam me out of money for something under warranty isn’t going to happen. I called back around 4pm and asked what time I could pick my truck up until and he said 6 and hung up the phone on me. I arrived at East Hills, my truck was there waiting and reeked of greasy fast food, which is funny because I haven’t driven my truck the past 2 days. I’m glad my truck was able to be your go to for your lunch. I’m so disappointed with this place. I will NEVER use them again and a suggest you don’t either. More
I was about to go purchase a Chevrolet Suburban and iv bought SUV from East Hills in the past. Although lately over my interactions with East Hills practices iv lost some confidence but today since there bought SUV from East Hills in the past. Although lately over my interactions with East Hills practices iv lost some confidence but today since there is not much inventory available for vehicles I ended up calling the Freeport dealership under the East Hills group. I spoke with a sales rep Hernandez and who verified the vehicle I was interested in is available but however they will not sell the vehicle at MSRP and they want $5,000.00 over the Manufacturers Retail Tag Price. I just know I don't care what happens in the future all of my fleet affiliates and me we are boycotting East Hills forever taking advantage of a shortage to upsell which is price gauging. $5,000.00 is a lot of money if you add it to a full Price Tag of a SUV. More

I wanted to purchase a new Chevy SUV from East Hills Chevy. In good faith I left a $500 deposit on 4/14/2021. I waited a week and no refund. today its 2 weeks, and I spoke with finance at the dealership and she was unprofessional and rude. of course, I didn't get her name became she didn't state that she worked at the dealership. I hope that I don't have to contact the regional GM/ Chevrolet corporate office to check in on the unprofessional practices performed at this dealership!!!! Return my deposit!!! More

I came here after a bad car repair left me with a broken air conditioner. Service Advisor Bob Gecevich was so kind, informative, and helpful. He also discovered that I needed a new entertainment system, as air conditioner. Service Advisor Bob Gecevich was so kind, informative, and helpful. He also discovered that I needed a new entertainment system, as mine had been defective since I purchased the vehicle from Bical Chevy in Valley Stream. Bical serviced my car and I continued to have these issues so I went to East Hills of Freeport and could not be happier with the switch. Bob called me daily to update me on what was happening with my car and ordered my new entertainment system in a timely manner. Only good things to say about this dealership and customer service. Will return! More

Sales, service advisors, customer relations manager and accounting team are the only good things about this dealership. Within the first year of purchasing my CPO from here I had countless repairs done inc accounting team are the only good things about this dealership. Within the first year of purchasing my CPO from here I had countless repairs done including three transmissions. I worked at this dealership and because of that I received zero assistance from them or GM in getting me out of the car or any kind of courtesy besides an unlimited oil change contract - Thank you dawn.(she really is the best and truly cares about customers) The owner has now banned me from servicing my lemon car because I was an employee who just recently quit without notice due to plenty of justifiable reasons from working here at east hills. Yes, the owners exact reason for not servicing my unsafe car (that they are incompetent in fixing and has been ripped apart far too frequently) is because of “how I quit”. Also, no one at the dealer informed me until yesterday when i called saying I had problems with my tranny again. Instead, the service manager made it a joke band asked if i heard ?? was extremely condescending and dismissive. Could you imagine ? An owner acting this way. Not really sure that’s how you do business. Selling an employee a vehicle that clearly is defective and has been improperly repaired and even given back with uncompleted and UNSAFE repairs, like a drive shaft that wasn’t securely put back in place after my first transmission repair. The list goes on. Really shows that this dealer does not care about its customers More
