Professionally treated. I was in the market for a car for my 17 year old daughter for her last year at Seaford High School and then for college on Long Island. On Sunday July I was in the market for a car for my 17 year old daughter for her last year at Seaford High School and then for college on Long Island. On Sunday July 25th was approached in the Cartified used car lot by Joe Breindenback. My wife, my daughter and myself were looking at the 2013 Cruze. After speaking to Joe for a few minutes we walked into the dealership and started talking specifics. Joe was extremely polite and gave me his full attention. While sitting there we had a chance to meet Dennis Clark who was absolutly great in helping us to get to good price range for this vehicle. Joe and Dennis made my family feel very warm during the experience. We did not get the ball rolling because my daughter wanted to look around a little further. I did tell both that I would keep them posted during our search. Everyday for next six days I updated Joe by way of text and he responded quickly and professionally. During that week we had decided on another car from another dealership which did not happen at the very end. What impressed me the most about Joe was that even though we were going with another car he still responded positively and wished us our best on our final decision. I had promised Joe that if things fell short on the other side we would be back. It was Thurday July 28th that I text Joe to let him know we were coming his way. We set on Saturday July 30th to meet back into the dealership. Yesterday my daughetr and I met Joe at 1:30 pm and also spoke with Dennis as well. We were then directed to speak with Mike Decosimo in finance. Mike as well was extremely terrific. My daughter was very relaxed with Mike in his offfice. Mike listened to me carefully and after a going through personal detailed got us approved for the Cruze. My wife and I are returning Monday August 1st to meet back with Mike at 2pm. All in all it was a terrific experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone as well as directing them to see Dennis and Joe and let them know that they have to see Mike in finance as well.
