Mr. Kaplan was concerned that he would be off on the day the I picked up the car so he arranged for one of his co workers, Joh Rad, to process the delivery. You would've thought that Mr. Rad was the sales rep. He was totally professional and engaging and took time to explain ALL of the features of my new Tahoe. These guys are definitely the A Team.
