Above & Beyond customer service! Thank you Jon Rad Jon went above and beyond to help me find my perfect, new vehicle. I initially wanted the Equinox but cost-wise it just wasn't working for me. Jon sug Jon went above and beyond to help me find my perfect, new vehicle. I initially wanted the Equinox but cost-wise it just wasn't working for me. Jon suggested I might like the Trax which is similar to the Equinox but just a little smaller. To my surprise... I really loved the Trax and it was even better for me than the Equinox. Jon also had available that day a beautiful 2016 champagne silver AWD Trax LT with awesome Brownstone interior... just what I needed/wanted... for a huge dealer discount too. If he had not suggested another vehicle option for me to look at, I would probably not have my perfect new car at an extremely reasonable price. And the Trax worked out exponentially better for me all around than the Equinox. Thank you Jon for giving me an option that I wasn't necessarily considering and making sure that I left Chevy completely happy. It was like working with a friend the entire time. I was able to trade in my Toyota for a fair deal which added to the affordability of a new vehicle. Business Manager Michael DeCosimo provided a terrific finance rate for me. He was very personable and friendly during the whole financing process, making sure to explain every cost/fee to me. Salesman Arthur Kaplan was also very kind and always made sure that I was having a great day at the dealership. I have to say that Paul Conte Chevrolet was well worth the 2 hour drive to get there. My 2 hour drive home in my new Trax was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in to meet these folks at Paul Conte when you're looking for a vehicle. They set the bar very high in customer service.
