He also helped us by making us as comfortable as possible as we went through the car buying process. Two days later we made the purchase, however, since the car was bought used, we had to bring it back for some things, but Mike Marrazzo, the sales manager there, kindly and patiently addressed our concerns making the whole experience great! Frankly, I have never experienced such sincere and genuine attention to customer service by any retailor or store quite the way Mr. Marrazzo showed it that day. I was impressed and convinced that we came to the right place to buy our next car! Soon after that, the vehicle was dropped off for service and a loaner was provided for our convenience.
