From a customer service standpoint, to see that they are ordering a new truck and replacing the defective one with now (2) catastrophic mechanical failures, reflects a genuine customer service effort. I look forward to receiving the new replacement vehicle from the factory as promised. Also I look forward to being updated from management/ownership regarding my reimbursement for the car payment/insurance cost differentials for the roughly 8 week process I'm being told is ahead of me. Thank You Phil for your prompt response and statements, that is a great example of how a business should treat a customer who has experienced such a horrific experience. I give 5 stars for the customer service thus far. More

Another Update *** 5/15/25: Please see my review from below. My 2025 Colorado Trailboss had to have a full transmission replacement after only 400 miles. I received the vehicle back with the new transmis below. My 2025 Colorado Trailboss had to have a full transmission replacement after only 400 miles. I received the vehicle back with the new transmission on 4/29. Now on 5/15 the vehicle is back in the service department with metal debris in the oil pan and the vehicle will require a full "tear down" of that replacement new transmission. GM quality is an absolute disgrace. And of course there is no type of reimbursement for me as a customer experiencing this horrific experience. Based off of the dealer and GM policy I have to wait for the tear down and for them to fix the vehicle even though the last time they claimed to fix it and bring it to "factory standards". Buyers beware of this dealership and GM brand trucks. The quality is simply not there. Truly a shame management and ownership can't step in and resolve the issue with a full replacement of an obviously extremely defective vehicle. I am sure they will just "fix" it like the last time and of course the vehicle will fail again, and simply not replace or refund this Lemon, based off of their "policies". Any customer would reasonably think there is no way that a person can make a $50k purchase of a new 2025 truck, and experience such major mechanical failures that place my family, children and the public at a safety risk; but at this dealership you will experience just that, and receive no type of reimbursement for this horrific experience, only that they are bound by "GM policies". This issue along with all the national level recalls on these GM products just show the reality of the poor quality standards of this company. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle. I went to the dealer at 5:58pm luckily I was already driving on Sunrise Highway. Unfortunately no management was present in the service department. There was one sales manager, named Max, who could not assist me in anyway. Between a new vehicle purchase and all the warrantees purchased with a total cost of over $50k and to get the answer from Max that he cannot assist me or make guarantees about loaner vehicles or repair priorities for the following morning is truly terrible customer service especially for a buyer who has purchased a new vehicle. The least a manager should do is apologize for the inconvenience and say they will make their best efforts to ensure the matter the resolved. There needs to be accountability from this dealership. Resolve the issues, and provide a vehicle or a rental until the new truck is repaired. If it cannot be repaired, issue me back all of my money or give me another new truck that is of the same value. More

Went looking for a new car for my stepson and went to look at the Chevy Trax. I had leased a car from this dealer years ago when it was Paul Conte Chevrolet and was very happy to see that the customer look at the Chevy Trax. Worked with TylerMarie Turner via email and then in person this past Saturday. She is wonderfully patient and she knows the cars really well. The finance manager is Tom and he is also friendly and helpful and made the time in the finance office informative, as he explains everything along the way. The payment on the loan is exactly what I expected it to be. A little time with TylerMarie to set up Onstar and introduction to all the features and get the CarPlay set up, I was on the road.
