I called him about a car I seen online on his day off and instead of calling me back the following day when he got into his computer he called immediately back from his home. Now that is what you call great customer service. My wife recently purchased a car from him as well and I have to say Kevin will be our family vehicle sales person for life. Retirement here we come!!!!! This is my first time dealing with Paul Conte Chevrolet. I have been researching cars available for over three weeks, and with the weather finally co This is my first time dealing with Paul Conte Chevrolet. I have been researching cars available for over three weeks, and with the weather finally cooperating we were able to go out and shop. I had an itinerary of dealers with different cars lined up. The car I printed out from Paul Conte was no longer available as it was sold the day before...yet still posted on all the cars.com, Carguru, etc. sites. that morning. But the salesman Tom B, Pre owned manager was able to show us one with 8 thousand more miles that was still on the lot, at the same price. You can make your own determination on that, it kind of sounds like a you should of seen the way the fish were biting yesterday story..... but .....we were there so I guess their advertising strategy is working.......Thank you for getting us an Owner,s Manual. One thing I will give Paul Conte Chevrolet is that their front line cars are noticeably more upscale then you will find on most dealerships. They must cherry pick what they pick up and take in as trade ins, because the interiors are clean, the tires have meat and the overall appearance of the vehicle shows little to no wear and tear. We ended up purchasing a 2017 Tahoe Pre-certified Pre-owned. The internet pricing was in line with other dealerships, but read the fine print on their pricing policy and financing, and other dealership imposed costs over and above tax, licencing, DMV costs and inspection. Rich L., Pre owned Sales manager was instrumental in clearing up some of the financing issues that I had and turned this deal into being a very productive enjoyable experience. Kudos to old school Rich........ All in all I walked out of Paul Conte Chevrolet with a beautiful truck, with pricing and financing I was comfortable with, knowing that I got the best bang for my buck out there. A lot of things in the car buying experience is kind of cut and dry, you make your deal, decide if you want the add on warranty's, and you sign on the dotted line. The only suggestion I would give Paul Conte would be while the paperwork is being processed, even though your waiting area and snack vending area is impressive....LOL.... I would take the customer out after the vehicle is back from being prepped, and sit in the vehicle with them, show them some of the features of the car, so they don't have a nervous breakdown driving home because they don't know where anything is or how half of it works, help them adjust the seat and mirrors, or end up spending 20 minutes at the gas station looking for a lever to open up the gas door because the car/truck only had 1/4 of a tank of gas in it...... so there you have it Customer service starts with not only handing over the keys but how their butt feels in that seat during the ride home. More
