I really like this dealership. They go out of the way to make the customer feel important and appreciated. I just bought my second car from Paul Conte and have nothing but good things to say. Ralph quickly found me the car I wanted at the price point I needed to be at and I picked it up the same day. No hassles at all. The service department has also never disappointed me. Fast, professional, courteous and responsive. I also love the new Paul Conte Awards Program.... $7 unlimited oil changes for life and free NYS inspections for life for both cars(and its free). You cant beat that. I wouldnt go anywhere else. More

After several months of searching for a private-sale used car on the internet for my son, we opted to visit the used car lot of Paul Conte Chevrolet. J.P. Haugland met us in the lot while we were browsing, and without exerting any "pressure to buy" pointed out a few cars that would meet our needs. The selection of used cars was amazing, both in variety and condition. The car we chose was a certified used car, which came with a excellent warranty. All-in-all the whole car buying experience at Paul Conte was an extremely positive one. J.P. was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable...he took the "sting" out of buying a used car at a dealership. Elliot arranged for our financing and explained all of our warranties, DMV info, and Loan details with such simplicity, his experience in this field was apparent. Dave oversees a very professional and friendly staff. We are more than satisfied and confident in our purchase; the car is picture perfect, and the price was right We'd rate Paul Conte 6 stars, but 5 was the highest option. When we picked up our 2012 Camaro he spent a great amount of time explaining how to use all of the equipment on the vehicle and assisted us with activating the OnStar system as well as the Bluetooth for our Iphones. Additonally, he made sure the car was detailed to perfection and ready when promised. Overall he made our first lease experience a pleasureable one. Thank you Bob and Paul Conte Chevrolet!!! More
Everyone was very friendly and JP was the perfect sale guy that had more of a feel of a relative talking to you about your options. This is my first car and had a lot of anxiety about getting it in the first place, but the entire team was informative without so much pressure. I'm very picky and a abnoxious researcher that tend to piss dealers off in addition to having gone to many dealers in the past 2 years trying to get this right and this dealership had all the right feel for me to be comfortable to finalize the deal. I work hard for my money and I appreciate a business that respects not only me, but my money. JP answered all my questions and was the sweetest person to talk to. Carlos, the finance person was also informative and what really stood out, was that he listened to what I had to say without rushing me or ignoring what I said just to make the sale. Basically, I got everything I wanted from the perfect car to the expected financing opition. After the car was sold, JP took the time to walked me through mostly all the features my car had while sitting in with me and because of the higher trim level it was a lot. Also, Once the car was sold, he went inside the car and setup my onstar system, inlcuding my navigation to take me home, checked that all the systems were working, set up some radio stations,there was no wiper fluid, so he went to fill it ect... and answered all my car questions before I drove off. I appreciate that JP didn't have a "sold that car move on" attitude and didn't leave me to read the manual and figure it out.I saw the car for the first time that day and walked out with it about 5 hours later. The only thing they really need to improve is the waiting area. I had to wait for a while because my sales person had a customer which was fine and I was late to my appt., but in the meantime no one offered me a seat and I didn't see a waiting area. JP Haugland, our sales rep was particularly helpful in explaining the features of all the models; he was informative without being the least bit pushy. JP was very helpful and had a good working knowledge of the car. I've bought 5 cars from dealers in past, had 2 good experiences with sales people and they both with a Paul Conte dealership. That doesn't take into consideration the countless dealerships I walked out of because their sales people were rude, arrogant, obnoxious and in some cases flat out lied to my face. JP and the fellas in Conte were all personable without being overbearing or loud. Explained features on the car that were relevant to my wife and I, and didn't try to oversell us (well not very hard anyaway). My only recommendation would be to set up a proper waiting area for the 2 hours it took to process the paperwork. The employees are nice and all, but I can't even talk to my wife for two hours straight! Thank you, Steve Downey More
