He suggested I come in for a test drive, which I did, and then guided me through the entire purchasing process. He answered all of the the questions I had, whether it was about the car, financing, insurance, etc.... Two days later, the car was available for me to take home. When I arrive to pick up the car, Ralph went over all of the paperwork with me to ensure I understood everything I was signing. Once that was done, he took me out to the car and went over all of the options and how they worked. He also explained the service benefits that come with purchasing a car at Paul Conte Chevrolet, some of which I consider an added bonus that I was not aware of. I told him I had a lot of anxiety with making this purchase. A family member recently purchased a competitor's automobile and was at the dealership for 9 hours. Ralph had me done in approxiametly an hour, and he even gave me a follow up call a few days later to see how everying was with the car. He made the experience so easy and relaxing that I would not hesitate offering his services to anyone I knew that was in the market for a new car. More
