It’s been almost two months and still I haven’t received my deposit. I’ve spoken to him, he has promised to return it as soon as possible, but I’m still waiting. I’ve e-mail the manager as well, spoken to numerous people and even went back to give my information again. Apparently they have misplaced my folder. I don’t know what exactly I have to do in order to receive the deposit back. More

Bad customer service just drove an hour to look at a truck that they told me yesterday was available. This is how a manager should treat a customer I recently purchased a Yukon XL from East Hills Chevrolet of Freeport. This is my first experience with a truck, as I was accustomed to purchasing sed I recently purchased a Yukon XL from East Hills Chevrolet of Freeport. This is my first experience with a truck, as I was accustomed to purchasing sedans, mostly Mercedes or BMW. With that, I grew accustomed to establishing a satisfactory customer/salesman relationship with a specific salesman or manager at the dealership where my purchase was made. Nevertheless, I left many dealerships happy or content with the service I received but never to the point of 100% satisfaction. Well, thanks to Fred McDaniel, (Manager at East Hills/Freeport) that streak was broken. For the very first time, I can honestly say that I am 1000% satisfied with the service provided to me by Fred. If you are fortunate enough to purchase a vehicle and Fred's is involved, I guarantee you'll walk away 1000% satisfied with the outcome. He will not ignore a concern that may arise and will do everything within reason to make you a happy customer. More

Overcharged and angry I brought my truck in 6:30 am and received a call at 8:21 am that the truck would get looked at a soon as possible to find out the problem for a check I brought my truck in 6:30 am and received a call at 8:21 am that the truck would get looked at a soon as possible to find out the problem for a check engine light. I called at 11:50 am to see what the problem was and was told I should get a phone call within the hour. I called back about an hour later and still didn't any information on the truck. A little after 1:00 pm I got a call saying that the truck was not getting looked at until after 4:00pm. I told the manager that the truck is my only transportation and I needed it to go home. He said he would call and figure something out. I got the call 20 mins later and he said it's either the spark plugs or if not it was something else. I told him to change the spark plugs and coil and go from there. He called me 30 mins later and said the truck was running but the fuel system needed flushing. I told him to flush the fuel system and he said it should take about a half hour. By the time I got off work my truck was done but I was charged almost $500 for labor alone. More
