Never Never purchase from this Dealer!!!! Never never purchase used cars from this dealership!!! I purchased a used Chevy suburban LT model 2014 from Julian Clark in November. Someone damag Never never purchase used cars from this dealership!!! I purchased a used Chevy suburban LT model 2014 from Julian Clark in November. Someone damaged my rear right light last week & I took it to a shop to be repaired. I was floored when the service person asked me where I had the previous work done? 'What work?!? I just purchase the vehicle!! Mr. Clark showed me the CarFax report - no history of damage'. The service person informed me that the entire right rear quarter panel was redone - he showed me exactly where & the fact that work was done very poorly. Even with my untrained eye, I clearly saw it! The service person gave me an estimate of a $1000 dollars to complete the shoddy work!!!! I just called Mr. Clark to inform him. He said that we never asked if there was work done, only if it had been in an accident. Mr. Clark said 'We did nothing illegal!' His exact words! He said that they knew nothing about it. There are only 2 possibilities - Either they really didn't know, so can't be trusted to have informed knowledge about the the used cars they are selling. BUYER BEWARE! Or they really did know, and outright are in the business of cheating their customers. I am outraged! We trusted the dealer to be honest with us - so we could make an informed decision. We were completely deceived in believing that this vehicle was in good condition. I will pursue this matter farther - I just want everyone to be aware of the type of business EastHills Chevy is running! Buyer beware. H.M. More

Charles Robertson especially and Scott Vigoda (of course - I leased my previous Cruz through Scott) both gentlemen made me feel so comfortable and special that words cannot describe. They utilized my time and the return of my leased vehicle and were able to expedite this process to the point where I was able to pick out my vehicle late on a Wednesday night and drive it home the very next day. The trade in on my lease was handled with the utmost professionalism.. Even now when I have a quick question on the new features both Charles and Scott take the time to listen and explain my concerns. First of all I love Chevy - always have, but I love my new Chevy Cruz. Thank you Charles and Scott - you are fantastic! With regard to how many dealers I have visited below - I only needed to visit 1 this time as I was THAT comfortable with the way I was treated. Prior to going to East Hills Chevrolet in 2011 I cannot even tell you the amount of dealerships I had visited before finding the best - East Hills Chevrolet - which is why I returned without hesitation and did not need to visit any other dealerships.
