Not happy The first visit was okay, Charles was helpful. I picked up a used Chevy Traverse.Then when it came to finance my paper work was filled out wrong ,when The first visit was okay, Charles was helpful. I picked up a used Chevy Traverse.Then when it came to finance my paper work was filled out wrong ,when I brought it to their attention I was told one thing which didn't happen and it still wasn't corrected , I left many messages with no returned calls (3 for Charles and 3 For Marrissa) and I'm still waiting for that call. With in a week of purchasing the vehicle my traction control light came on, I called Charles and he set up an appointment with service, with that i hear a knocking noise in the front end which turned out to be a bad steering rack.When i arrived a service i was told that i had no appointment and was made to wait 2 1/2 hours before i got a loaner car. My traction control was fixed and i had to make another appointment for the other work, so before I brought it back under 3000 miles a change oil message came on an stayed on, which leads me to believe the car was not totally checked out before i picked it up. Now dealing with service its is such a process. I would not recommend dealing with this place to anyone. If you have a problem DO NOT WAIT FOR A RETURN CALL!! More
