Terrible customer service I tried to make an appointment to service my leased 2012 Equinox on 3/13/15 & was told that the first available appt wasn't until mid April. I explai I tried to make an appointment to service my leased 2012 Equinox on 3/13/15 & was told that the first available appt wasn't until mid April. I explained that my truck seems to have some type of electrical short because the radio & blue tooth go dead intermittently & the truck wouldn't start last week. Fortunately, the truck started today, but I'm afraid that the truck may short while I'm driving and cause an accident. The truck is due for an oil change which I thought I would do while having the electrical problem fixed. As it stands now, I have to go to a local mechanic to change my oil & do the service & hope & pray that my electrical system doesn't short out while I'm driving. Thank God my lease is up in June. I will NEVER buy or lease another Chevrolet. Sadly, Chevrolet is unable to provide service to the volume of vehicles that they sell & lease. I tried to explain the urgency of the problem to the receptionist & the manager & was told they have "too much work" & that my vehicle wasn't their responsibility since I leased from Major. I told them that I've been bringing my truck for service to East Hills since 2012 & was never told that I should go back to Major. Joanne More
