Customer service is something I feel isn't an importance to most companies anymore. East Hills dealership changed my mind. I will be returning in the future. The whole process was pretty painless. The only issue I had was the finance department was not communicating with my sales person, as he had to check in with them several times. When I finally sat with finance they had different numbers then the original deal and they failed to explain to me they added on a warranty. Finance also failed to explain to me when and if I will be recieving a statement or booklet in the mail to make my patents or if I can go online. In summary, I would go there again based on my customer service experience with the team! More

We went to East Hills Chevrolet on a Sunday and it was such a nice surprise! Scott Vigoda came out and helped us look at different Chevy models and we ultimately bought a new car. He was very professional and helpful! I would recommend anyone to speak with Scott and go to this dealership. More

My lease renewal I have been a customer for a little over 3 years now. I liked my cruze so much that I ended up leasing the same car again but in a different color. Th I have been a customer for a little over 3 years now. I liked my cruze so much that I ended up leasing the same car again but in a different color. The very next day Joyce called me to tell me that the big boss offered the updated version with all the fancy features for $20 more a month! Why would I go somewhere else?? I can't go wrong with the price, the cruze is great on gas, the service is only $7 (for oil change) and the inspection is free. Everytime I drop the car off for seervice someone takes me to work and then I pick it up after. Everyone is really nice too. I can't really ask for more. The paper work for the lease was so easy, they even called the insurance for me and when I went to pick up my car Joyce had already printed a copy of the new policy. I am really happy with their service and I will continue to support the American auto industry for as long as I drive :) More

Alex even helps me set up my service appointments and is ALWAYS available whenever I call him with question about the cars- even if it's a question about my lease payments. Have A Bankruptcy -Don"t Let Them Add ZURICH NEW To Contract I went To East Hill Chevy On 10/25/2014 I'm Retired On a Disability . i bought a nice Car 2014 chevy with 10412 miles price was great . I've been looking for a car for 3 weeks and my dead line was 10/31/2014 I Wanted A GMC But Bob Told Me There was A Big Problem With That Suv I Got the Car with No money down ..Wow I said to myself - But with a Bankruptcy I had to pay 13.5 % OCH ! with capital one bank I traded In a AWD Suv well the SUV only has FWD So I Got stuck In the snow a few time and was very Unhappy with my health problem Now the problem begin In January 2015 I try to trade In the car the dealership tell me the buy out is like 19,000 how is that possible I said to myself well They added the { ZURICH New In the contract } what am I saying is the sub is worth 15,000 but the buy out for the car loan is 19,000 This ZURICH - Cost was 2595.00 - which was added to my Contract was never explain to me and on top of that it will cost about 7-8 thousand for this Insurance before contact end with Interests I'm paying 13.5 % Interest On The ZURICH which on a 72 month loan SO Yes They Might Me Nice and friendly and have nice cars But do They Profile On people with bankruptcy ??? The sale man never explain it , the finance manger never explain it .Yes I sign the contract I spent 7-8 hours a day for 3 weeks looking for a car with low millage and you read all the time credit History is not a problem .. I spoke to the dealership about a trade in my salesman calls me and tell me it to soon to wait about a year before I trade the suv In My thinking is something is wrong with this picture ! Mean while on of the other manger is tell me to come in we have some great deal and you can save thousands on the end of the month sale you have till tonight I spoke and saw to "Scott 2 time" trying to trade In the car and the bank turn me down and they wanted 3000-4000 down , I also explain to Scott They Never explain this ZURICH New to me when signing the new car load he said they will refund the money if I get approved Please notice in the contract : This Is How It Put In The Contract Where It Says GMCCP $ 2595.00 - code 44300 Scott appraise the car they would take the car back for 15,000 but the flip side is 4000.00 The buy out is 19,000 so that my Story . I have 14200 miles on the car AND CAN;T TRADE IT IN ANYWHERE I'VE TRY ABOUT 7 DIFFERENCE DEALERSHIP Boy I got a nice Car for 72 Month that I'm not happy with ... I hate being taken advantage of ..Can't Even go to the Police on this one . excelent experience sevicing my vehicle My vehicle had a check engine light come on the other day, it made me very nervous, as i did not understand what this meant. I called east hills chevy My vehicle had a check engine light come on the other day, it made me very nervous, as i did not understand what this meant. I called east hills chevy and spoke to a service consultant by the name of Keith. He assured me that as long as the light was not flashing, and the engine was not shaking, I would be safe to drive it in to the service department. Even though the next appt was not for 2 weeks, they let me come in the following day based on an emergency situation. after checking my vehicle, it turned out that it was just a loose gas cap! there was no charge and I was in and out of the dealership within 1 hour. this was a great experience, and I wanted to share it. Thanks East Hills Chevrolet! More
