He kept in constant contact with us giving us updates. He helped in taking off our hands her old car and really gave us a "royal treatment". I've been a customer with VW and Mercedes dealers and I would say that Mike and this Chevy dealership is right up there with them if not better with making us feel important and meeting our needs. After choosing the color and options David Del Vecchio the Sales Manager along with Charles explained the different financing and lease options to us. We decided on the 39 month lease option. They also explained in detail the Auto Rewards Policy. Charles helped us sign on to onstar and answered any questions that we asked, again he was very patient and knowledgable. Unfortunately when we arrived home and tried parking the Impala on the car port we found it to be to long. Fortunately for the Rewards Program we were able to exchange the Impala for the Equinox that we are very happy with.
