GOOD DEALERSHIP This is my 4th Chevy from East Hills and I haven't had a bad experience yet. They aren't pushy or snobbish as some dealers can be. My salesperson, Joyce Gold has worked with me on 3 of my vehicles and every time I never felt overwhelmed. For me, getting a new car is an uplifting experience and I feel great after leaving the dealer and riding home. Each person I've dealt with during my leasing process has been friendly and cordial. When you get the new car, they spend time with in the car going over the features and helping with the On Star setup. No rushing. And since East Hills went through a big renovation, I don't mind the time I have to spend in the service area. All they need is a little better cake to go with the good coffee. LOL. More

Robertson I told him exactly what I wanted cause I wanted a specific car with stuff in it that was almost a custom order car he took me down to an area were there were few trucks one was similar to what I wanted but was missing one thing he made sure he could get it done for me. And took me back up stairs and did my paper work and said that I could take car right then and there I said my wife don't drive I had to find someone to g get and come back for it he was even willing to drive the car to my house and I would bring him back I am very satisfied with the service I got from him and as well the manager rob amendola it's a week later and they continue to serve great service to me as I found something wrong with car they fixed it right away More
