great Service at East hills Chevrolet I had a minor, but annoying, warranty issue with my 2015 Impala. When I called East Hills Chevy, my call was handled in an efficient professional manner. The receptionist asked a few quick questions and set my appointment, without putting me on hold. When I arrived for my appointment, my Service Adviser, Andre, was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. After a short wait in the customer lounge, Andre came and advised me that the work on my car would take several hours, and that he had arranged for a valet to drive me to my office, and that they would pick me up and bring me back, when my car was ready. Everybody that I encountered at East Hills, from the receptionist, to the Service staff, to the Valet drivers was friendly, and pleasant. It was my first experience with East Hills Chevy, but I'll be back whenever I need service, and when it's time to lease my next Chevy. Thank you More
