My 2016 Chevy Malibu I picked up my 2016 Malibu today from East Hills Chevrolet Douglaston. I drove a Nissan Altima for 13 years but I wanted to buy an American car. My experience with Sales Consultant John Flynn was great. I wanted a specific color and he searched high and low to find it. He patiently explained all the features the Malibu has. That was not an easy task as I am a dinosaur who finds the new technology overwhelming. I am so very satisfied with John and happy to be a customer of East Hills Chevrolet. More

Awesome experience I drove into this dealership with little to no intention of buying a vehicle; but due to their excellent services especially from Lauren Bohn, I trade I drove into this dealership with little to no intention of buying a vehicle; but due to their excellent services especially from Lauren Bohn, I traded in my 2007 Tahoe for 2015 version and drove out in an all new vehicle (all of these happened in a matter of hours). During and after the buying process, I felt like my satisfaction was of paramount importance to the entire sales and management team; that to me is priceless. I live in the Bronx but base on my experience with this dealership, I wouldn't mind paying a $16 tow just to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Bottom line, they deserve my five star rating. ???? More

Blessed I went in on bus and drove out in a beautiful new ride that I am so pleased and blessed to now own. Excellent Live in the neighborhood but visited a dealer in valley stream. As I was leaving first dealer I was told that East Hills would not match the price.
