WARNING Do not expect to get anywhere near advertised price for a used vehicle. They will only sell you one if you purchase their extended warranty. It isn't optional, as I found out first hand trying to purchase a 2015 Tahoe. I was flat out told by management that if I don't take the warranty for $3800, covering parts of the vehicle already covered by normal chevy warranty, that they would not be able to make money off of me?!. Wow, since when do buyers care about car dealerships making money on us consumers? Lol. After I rejected their warranty, added into the invoice without my previous knowledge, they actually tried to sneak in a hidden charge not even itemized on the new invoice for 'certification' (a lower priced warranty). When I inquired about this they became angry and rejected the entire second deal offered to me claiming, "the GM Charles Gaines says I can only get the car with the extended warranty because we will lose money on the vehicle". So you only make money selling BS warranties? Not vehicles? This place is an absolute joke. Wasted 4 hours of my day dealing with these swindlers. Oh yea, did I mention the car had 5000 more miles than the advertised one on their website? Do yourself a favor and don't buy here, i didn't. More
