Long time leaser just had a game-changing experience I've leased vehicles for the past 16 years. It's always a labor of necessity. Sacrificing an entire day plus, the back and forth with a less than knowledgeable dealer, hidden charges...need I say more? So I walk into East Hills ready for a battle. I'm greeted by Rick Evanson who in thirty minutes upends every horrible experience I've ever had. He talks me through types of SUVs. He even let's me sit in different size vehicles. Now...I'm no newbie...I'm thinking here comes the set up. Rick is smart and charismatic. He asks me about my professional life and my family. He uses this information to suggest vehicles. We look at said vehicles. I don't want to like this guy...I said I was ready for battle. He asks me what I want to pay. Here it comes I'm thinking...the games. But there were no games. I told him what I wanted to pay. He got me there in 20 minutes with $2 to spare. In less than ninety minutes I had a car. He told me I could pick it up the next day after 5. Pick up was a breeze. Rick demoed all of the car features, interjecting humor and wit and even guided me out to the highway. East Hills and Rick Evanson are the blue ribbon, model dealership and dealer. Wonderful car buying experience! My mom needed a new car and was interested in the Chevy Cruze. I live in Rego Park and and there was a Chevy dealership in Forest Hills. Then we went to East Hills and met Alex Steshenko. He was very nice and patient and kind. He definitely changed my opinion of car salesmen. We visited 4 times and each time he made my mom feel very comfortable about buying a new car . He spent time with her showing her the car and answered all her questions. She had many! This was the first car she was buying in 15 years and so she wanted to be sure she was getting a good deal. Again, Alex sat with her and went over everything. He even called the day after she took home the car to make sure everything was ok and if my dad liked it. Very very happy with this car buying experience! Thank you Alex! However, we were so lucky to have Julian as our sales person. He was informative, patient, very friendly, helpful, and polite. Even after we got the car home and had a question, he was willing to help unlike some salespeople who forget a customer after the sale is completed. He was one of the reasons we got the car. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was also the only one to come out and acknowledge us when we were there. The other sales persons just turned away. Overall we enjoyed our experience at East Hills Cheverlot, love our car, and we were glad to have Julian as our sales person. More
