Professionalism at its finest. I was hesitant to get a new car but i figured i would at least go look at one. I went to East Hills of douglaston because it was closest to where i live and they had a high customer rating. I walked in and was greeted by a young man by the name of Marco with an infectious smile. Told him i was just looking around and was interested in a small vehicle. Needless to say 2hrs later i was driving away in my brand new car. Never felt pressured and we laughed throughout the whole time and he even got my insurance lowered.
